Some of these properties might be in the very early stages of construction, where some customization may be possible. A few offer quick completion dates, which might better suit your timing. New construction requires careful consideration of your timeline expectations, as unexpected delays can occur, whether due to severe weather (like the heavy snowfall we otherwise covet!), hunting season (when workers seem to just vanish), or unanticipated delays caused by changes in planning authority rules.
